I have now participated in my first ever handmade gift exchange! The exchange was organised by Linda at Craftaholics Anonymous. It was very exciting and I was all worried about participating until I read this lovely line at the bottom of the invitation to participate: "There is no skill level required. A handmade gift is always wonderful, no matter how technical it is!". So, I decided to give it a try.
My partner, Tara, was also on her first handmade gift exchange, so a first time for both of us!
I embroidered a 'T' and put it in a necklace frame, and then I made two patchwork pouches and a drawstring bag to put them all in. Hopefully Tara is happy with the result.
I think I may well participate again!

What a great gift! I love the fabric pouches...love that they can be used again! Nice work.
BeautifuL! I would love to see the necklace up close. That looks so unique and beautiful!
This was my first exchange also and can't wait to see if my partner likes her gift!
